Donna Martin
Donna Martin from the USA has been writing since the tender age of eight.
Donna is a professional book reviewer for Harper Collins Christian Publishing, host of ‘Book Nook Reviews’ and a 4th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do!
Donna was inspired to sign up to the ‘Write Storybooks For Children’ because she recognized that it could not only help her to become a published children’s author but it might also help further her career in this industry. The course also fitted in with her budget, as courses of similar caliber are often a lot more expensive.
Shortly after signing up to the ‘Write Storybooks For Children’ Donna received the exciting news that one of her manuscripts had been picked up by a small publisher. As with any manuscript, revisions were needed before her story could be published.
Using the newfound knowledge gleaned from the course, Donna was able to tighten the storyline and revise it to the publisher’s satisfaction. Her debut picture book, “The Story Catcher”, was released in January.
Following its success, Donna was able to revise a number of other stories she had been working on to such a degree that it caught the attention of a literary agent.
I’m not sure I would be at this point in my writing career without the help of the ‘Write Storybooks For Children’ online course.
Donna’s first children’s book, “The Story Catcher”, can be purchased online here:
“Addie tries everything she can think of to corral those wiggly letters, but it will take a little faith to become the next STORY CATCHER.”
